Is It Safe To Drink It?

Jon's blog on natural food made me want to post this. I'm only looking at two products that are often difficult to avoid, aspartame and Fluoride.

Aspartame, an artificial sweetener that is now found in many products. It is an excitotoxin which basically means it initially excites the brain followed by brain cell death and such a lowered alertness that US fighter pilots have been told to drink nothing containing aspartame before flying. Other side effects are well documented:

Rumsfeld was the main person behind the introduction of aspartame into our food and drink.

Fluoride. Another excitotoxin with similar effects on the brain as aspartame. Put in our drinking water it is sold to us as something to help protect out teeth. The truth is fluoride was first experimented with in the Nazi Concentration camps. It was not put into prisoners water to help preserve their teeth due to the Nazis being concerned with the welfare of their prisoners, it was used to make the inmates more docile. It was and is also used in the production of Sarine Nerve Gas. Some links to info on Fluoride/Fluorine:

As of April 7th, 1997, the United States FDA (Food & Drug Administration) required that all fluoride toothpastes sold in the U.S. carry the following poison warning:

WARNING: Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If you accidentally swallow more than used for brushing, seek professional help or contact a poison control centre immediately.

Potentially fatal dose = 5 mg of fluoride per kg of body weight.
